Warranty

Last updated: January 17, 2026

Calcaterra timepieces are created with care, precision, and long-term reliability in mind. This Warranty sets out the coverage provided with each watch and the conditions under which service may be offered.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Warranty Coverage

Calcaterra provides a limited two year warranty from the date of delivery for each timepiece, unless stated otherwise.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal, intended use.

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Calcaterra will, at its discretion:

• Repair the timepiece
• Replace the timepiece with the same or a comparable model
• Provide an appropriate remedy

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎‎‎ What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
• Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, impacts, or improper handling
• Damage caused by exposure to water beyond the stated water resistance
• Damage resulting from improper crown use or normal gasket wear over time
• Battery depletion or routine servicing
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or servicing by third parties
• Damage caused by failure to follow care, usage, or storage instructions

Minor timekeeping variations fall within normal quartz and mechanical tolerances and do not constitute defects.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎Warranty Conditions

To qualify for warranty service:

• Proof of purchase is required
• The warranty claim must be submitted within the warranty period
• The timepiece must not show evidence of misuse, neglect, tampering, or unauthorized repair

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment prior to approval.

Calcaterra reserves the right to decline warranty service if these conditions are not met.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Water Resistance

Water resistance ratings are tested under controlled conditions and are not a permanent guarantee.

Exposure to water beyond the stated rating, improper crown handling, temperature variation, or degradation of seals over time may result in water ingress. Such damage is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this warranty.

Periodic water resistance checks by an authorised service provider are recommended.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Warranty Service Process

Before sending a timepiece for warranty service, customers must contact Calcaterra to request authorisation and service instructions.

Unauthorised shipments may be refused.

Shipping costs related to warranty service may be the responsibility of the customer unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ Limitation of Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non transferable.

Except as expressly stated in this Warranty, no other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
