Consent. Where you have explicitly opted in (newsletter subscription, marketing preferences, optional cookies), we process your data on the basis of that consent. You may withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link or by adjusting your Cookie Preferences.
Legitimate interests. We process limited data to keep the website secure, prevent fraud, and to send existing customers occasional updates about similar Calcaterra products. You may object to processing under legitimate interests at any time by contacting support@calcaterra.co.
Legal obligation. We retain certain records (such as transaction history and tax-relevant data) for as long as accounting and tax law require us to.
To operate our website and process orders, we use a small number of trusted third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), and our payment processor. Each of these services processes only the data necessary to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy policies.
We currently use no advertising networks, social media trackers, or analytics services that collect and sell your data.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, ask us to delete your data, and withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, email support@calcaterra.co with your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Warranty records are retained for the duration of your warranty period plus 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to any legal retention obligations.
