All products are sold subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Calcaterra reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice, although any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and process your payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is received. A separate shipping confirmation will be sent when your order is dispatched.
Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payment information is processed securely by our payment provider. Calcaterra does not store, access, or retain your full card details at any point.

Our returns and refund process is set out in our Returns Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
