The Calcaterra warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Coverage is automatic, no registration is required. All Calcaterra timepieces are covered from the moment they leave our hands.

WATCH REGISTRATION

Register your timepiece.

Registration is optional, but recommended. Your warranty is automatic, registration simply connects your timepiece to your account for faster support, easier ownership tracking, and a permanent record in your name.

Sign in to your account

Visit calcaterra.co and sign in or create your account. Takes under a minute.

Link your timepiece

Enter your order reference and the activation code printed on the card included with your watch. The code follows the format CALR-XXXX-XXXX. This connects the timepiece to your account.

Access your records

Your dashboard will show your registered timepieces with a permanent ownership record. Useful for warranty claims, resale, or servicing.

CLAIM RESOLUTION

How we resolve claims.

To submit a warranty claim, email orders@calcaterra.co with your order reference and a description of the issue. Include photographs where possible. Our team will assess and respond within 2 business days.

STEP ONE Repair, the defect will be remedied at no cost to you
STEP TWO Replacement, if repair is not possible, a replacement will be issued
STEP THREE Refund, if neither is available, a full refund will be provided
WARRANTY CLAIMS
A genuine claim
will be assessed and resolved.
