We stand behind every timepiece we make. If something isn't right, we will make it right.
Calcaterra offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted where the following conditions are met:
Email orders@calcaterra.co with your order reference and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation.
Repack the watch in its original Calcaterra box with all included accessories and documentation. Use the outer packaging or equivalent protective packaging for transit.
Send the parcel using a tracked and insured shipping service. Calcaterra cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Share the tracking number with us once dispatched.
Returns without prior
authorisation will not be accepted.
Always contact us before dispatching your return. Unauthorised returns may be refused on arrival.
Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, have been altered or resized, are missing components, are returned outside the 30-day window, or are dispatched without prior authorisation. Such returns may be refused on arrival and sent back at the customer's cost.
